How to Get Rid of Wrinkles

Wrinkles, which you also know as rhytides, was a naturally aging problem. This especially happens in our body parts that are exposed to the sun such as hands, neck, face, and on our forearms. This problem was common in 40 to 50 years old persons because as you are getting older, your skin produces less collagen protein and makes your skin thinner. Wrinkles are a type of fold or line on our skin. By the way, because it is natural it is not going from our skin perfectly but we can reduce this from our face. 

Washing Your Face 

Before going to sleep, wash your face with water regularly because when you leave make-up on your face while sleeping at night, the skin absorbs the most. Apply Aloe Vera on your face and massage it for about 3 to 5 minutes and leave it overnight. It will be more beneficial if you add aloe gel and Vitamin E capsule in it. If you have not the plant of Aloe Vera you should use Aloe Vera gel in the place of Aloe Vera, which is easily available in any cosmetics store. Aloe vera also protects you from sunburn that is one of the reasons for wrinkles.

Sunscreen Lotion

Wearing sunscreen lotion every day when you go outside will help in getting the reduction of wrinkles from your skin. Using SPF 15 sunscreen lotion will help you to get rid of wrinkles and other anti-aging problems. A study in Annals of Internal Medicine proves that sunscreen lowers your skin aging by 24 percent. Remember that if you apply moisturizer and sunscreen together, then first apply the moisturizer and after 3 to 6 minutes apply sunscreen. You should wash your face before reapplying the sunscreen lotion. If you are doing make-up, then apply sunscreen first and after 5 to 7 minutes apply make-up or anything else to set sunscreen perfectly. Always use cosmetics that have SPF in it.

Leave Smoking

If you have a bad habit of smoking, please leave it, it is very harmful to your body. It gives you many diseases like cancer and heart problems. Smoking is also bad for your skin, it makes your skin dull and from which you get many skin problems such as wrinkles, anti-aging, and fine lines.

The tobacco inside the smoke was made with 4,000 harmful chemicals, which made your collagen and elastin weaker, which gives your body strengthening or elasticity. You have wrinkles problems like sag and wrinkles if you don’t leave smoking. This all diseases and problems are caused because of smoking so please leave it fast.

Coconut Oil

There are many cosmetics to avoid wrinkles, of which coconut oil is one of the safest ways to avoid wrinkles. It boosts the production of collagen and makes new cells for our bodies. It gets away the wrinkles and makes your skin smooth, it helps in also making your skin retain moisture. If you can, you may try using coconut oil and baking soda together. It is the best anti-aging ingredient for your wrinkles. Baking soda makes your skin clear or brighter and coconut oil moisturizes your face and the combination of both will get you a wrinkle-free smooth or clear skin.

Limit on Your Sugar Intake

Sugar has a natural process called “advanced glycation end products”, appropriately referred to as AGE’s, which damages your skin. It is attached to the protein cells that help our body to maintain a youthful appearance. The more you take they produce more. So, see yourself that you take sugar in the limit. 

Banana
